• Check in Policy: The room is available after 14:00PM. Check out Policy: The room must be vacated before 10:30AM.
• Late check out is subject to room availability, a surcharge of minimum RM 100 / hour might be applied.
• Children policy: Accommodation is free for 1 child under 6 years old, if share bed with parents (1 child per room). For children 6 years and above, full rate shall apply.
• Guarantee Policy: Full amount of stay is required to be paid in advance by credit card or cash at time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Booking must be fully pre-paid and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
